       | | | This insanely addictive dulce de leche comes to us from the north of Chile, in the Andean Coquimbo region. It is handmade by a group of five families who have invested in their own processing plant, and support over 50 goat-herding families. Miski means "sweet" in Quechua, the native language of the Diaguitas or "Incas from the South."
| Miski is made from goat’s milk, which is low in lactose, and easily digestible for people who are lactose intolerant. It also does not have caseina, the protein present in cow’s milk that is responsible for a high number of allergic reactions in humans. It also has 13% more calcium, 47% more vitamin A, and 125% more potassium than cow’s milk.
