The Mexican Vanilla Plantation aims to produce the highest quality vanilla at a price that benefits our partners and producers, employees, and the community in which we work, while protecting the local environment.

The company is located in the region of Totonacapan in the state of Veracruz, on the east coast of México. The vanilla farmers of this regions are the keepers of the ancient Totonaca tradition - the origin of vanilla cultivation on the planet

The Mexican Vanilla Plantation continues this ancient tradition - leading the world in the production of organic vanilla from the cultivation of the plant, to the destillation of the extract for culinary and medicinal uses, and the creation of such final products as cajeta, honey, ice cream, flans, liquors, and others.

The company works with hundreds of small vanilla producers throughout the region. They will soon be organic and fair trade certified.
